Shipping and delivery information
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Normally shipping costs vary a bit depending on the destination.

Deliveries
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days.
Payment
Drdenim.com offers payment through Shopify payments & Klarna.
Withdrawal of order, returns & exchanges
You may return your products within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. Note that all items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
To return an item, please reach out to support@drdenim.com with your order number, your name and what items you'd like to return.
Unless Dr denim confirms that the return is permitted and that the return request complies with the conditions, the return request is automatically rejected. Once you have received an approval for your return, please use the pre-printed return label that was included in your parcel (please note that orders to US will not include a preprinted return label, you will receive this by email with the return confirmation).
Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 30 calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase.
At the moment we are not able to exchange your return for another item and all approved returns are automatically refunded.
No additional fee will be charged in case of return, but please note that the cost for the return shipping will be collected from your original shipping cost. If there's a free shipping campaign, the return fee will be the same price as original shipping cost.
Claims & faulty items
If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear.
In case of dispute, Online Dispute Resolution is generally utilized to resolve the dispute.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Order & order confirmation
As soon as we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of order placement. Please check your order confirmation immediately and ensure that all details are correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, or if anything is unclear or appears incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Save your order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact us regarding your order.
Prices, taxes and fees
Prices listed on drdenim.com are listed in local currency and include Value Added Tax where applicable. No additional charges, other than those listed on your order, will be added when you complete your purchase.
Please note that we do not cover any local customs duties, local sales tax on imports or similar fees which may be added to deliveries outside of the European Union.
Pricing adjustments, sales and offers
We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange rate fluctuations which make listed prices incorrect. We reserve the right to make running adjustments to prices and cancel products and/or orders in case stock of particular products is sold out. Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid unless otherwise stated as long as the item is available in stock and/or until the end date is reached under the terms specified in each offer or campaign.

Drdenim.com offers payment through Shopify Payments and Klarna.
Drdenim.com cannot accept any other means of payment. Drdenim.com is a b2c site intended for sales to people, not legal entities. If you wish to get in touch with our b2b team to discuss potential b2b business, please reach out to us on info@drdenim.com.
Deliveries
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
if your item is available in stock, the delivery time is normally 3-5 working days. Please note that in the event that you change your mind and wish to return your items or cancel the order, you need to pick up the parcel from your service point and follow our regular return process in order to avoid charges for uncollected parcels. For further details about the return process, see our Return and Withdrawal Policy below.

We reserve the right to remove items from your order if it is out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel a whole order if we conclude that there is a risk that it may be fraudulent.
Parcels are delivered to your nearest service point with SMS or email notification to the mobile phone number / email you stated on your order, or by paper slip notification to your mailbox.
You need to show the notification or the paper slip at the service point in order to be able to pick up your parcel. Please note that you might need an ID card.
Small parcels may be sent directly to your mailbox. Drdenim.com reserves the right to charge a fee for uncollected parcels.
You parcel might be delivered to your door, once UPS has dropped it off with proof of delivery, the risk of the goods are transferred from Drdenim.com to the receiver.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Terms
You may return or cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. You are entitled to return your goods for a refund provided the return is approved. After the 14-day period, drdenim.com cannot accept cancellations or notifications of return of goods.
Your right to return items requires such items to be in pristine original and unused condition. All original labels must remain in place where they were when the items left our warehouse. Drdenim.com reserves the right to make deductions due to decreased value of an item.
The customer covers the return freight charges for your return if you wish to make use of your right to return goods - on the condition that you use our return waybill. We only accept returns that are sent with our return waybill, any parcel shipped with any other waybill will not be collected or accepted.
Please note, if you wish for a second return waybill after using one, there will be a returns fee for the second one as well.
The risk of lost or damaged goods is transferred from the customer to Drdenim.com once the parcel has been handed to the forwarder AND receipt with a traceable tracking number is received by Drdenim.com. Make sure that you save your receipt until the items reach our warehouse in case of lost or damaged goods. Please note that we do not refund any local import duty and/or import Value Added Tax or similar local charges (primarily applicable to deliveries outside of the European Union). The refund will be fully processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item. The charge for uncollected parcels is 200SEK / 20 EUR / 200 DKK / 20 USD / 20 GBP plus shipping fee.
Important customer information, UK
We use DDP shipping, VAT is included in the product price.
Our courier is UPS, in case of return, you need to be able to drop off your return at an access point, find your local access point here. You don’t need to worry about customs and commercial invoices, we handle it for you with ups paperless.
Please note, we do not ship to Northern Ireland.
