Track my order / Where is my shipment?

  • Once shipped you get an email with a clickable tracking number
  • It may take up to 48hrs before the tracking link is active
  • Should you have any problems with tracking please contact us at support@drdenim.com

 

Delivery time

  • Normal shipping time is 3-5 business days

 

What size should I order?

  • Every product page has a designated size guide and also a description of the flexibility of the garment, to get your measurements right please read the How to measure page

 

How do I return an item or my full order?

  • Returns are accepted if you choose to return the item in pristine condition with all original tags up to 14 days after delivery. Please reach out to support@drdenim.com with your order number, your name and what items you'd like to return, use the return waybill which were included with your parcel to send it back.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed 7-14 days after we've received it
  • You will get a confirmation email once it's received by our warehouse

 

Faulty items

  • If you happen to receive a faulty item please reach out to support@drdenim.com with as much details as possible. We'd love a photo of the item, your order number and your reason for judging the item as faulty for a speedy process
  • If the purchase of a faulty item is done through one of our many retailers we'd like you to get in touch with them firstly
