Track my order / Where is my shipment?

  • Once shipped you get an email with a clickable tracking number
  • It may take up to 48hrs before the tracking link is active
  • Should you have any problems with tracking please contact us at support@drdenim.com

 

Delivery time

  • Normal shipping time is 3-5 business days

 

What size should I order?

  • Every product page has a designated size guide and also a description of the flexibility of the garment, to get your measurements right please read the How to measure page

 How do I return an item or my full order?

You may return your products within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. Note that all items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. To return an item, please reach out to support@drdenim.com with your order number, your name, and what items you'd like to return.

Use the pre-printed return label that was included in your parcel to send it back.

Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 30 calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase. At the moment we are not able to exchange your return for another item and all approved returns are automatically refunded.

No additional fee will be charged in case of return, but please note that the cost for the return shipping will be collected from your original shipping cost. If there's a free shipping campaign, the return fee will be the same price as original shipping cost.

  • Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we've received it
    • You will get a confirmation email once it's received and approved by our warehouse

     

    Faulty items

    • If you happen to receive a faulty item please reach out to support@drdenim.com with as much details as possible. We'd love a photo of the item, your order number and your reason for judging the item as faulty for a speedy process
    • If the purchase of a faulty item is done through one of our many retailers we'd like you to get in touch with them firstly

    Uncollected parcels

    The charge for uncollected parcels is 200SEK / 20 EUR / 200 DKK / 20 USD plus shipping fee, the fee will be collected from your refund amount.
